We develop tailored solutions to match the product, its application and your brand. For urgent needs, we offer selected standard products directly from stock. Depending on requirements, FSC®-certified materials (C137741) and recyclable versions are also available.

What types of food packaging does WEROCA offer?
We offer both customised food packaging and immediately available stock items. Our range includes burger boxes, snack bowls, cake boxes, wrap packaging, lunch boxes, gateau boxes, paper bowls, and pointed cones.
The range is complemented by customized sleeves and hangtags for bakeries, delicatessens, and other food products. With our 3D Designer, you can also configure and request selected food packaging directly online.
What is the difference between stock items and customized packaging?
Our stock items are available for immediate delivery, feature a neutral design, and are available even in small order quantities. Customized packaging is produced specifically for your company and implemented with your design upon request.
Depending on the product, customized production runs usually start at around 5,000 units. After approval of the print data, production time is usually between 5 and 8 weeks.
Is the food packaging food-safe?
Yes. Depending on the product and application, our food packaging is suitable for direct or indirect contact with food. Together, we review your product’s requirements and select the appropriate material solution.
Naturally, the materials used comply with the applicable legal requirements for the intended area of use.
How quickly is stock packaging delivered?
Our stock items are usually ready for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Many orders leave our warehouse on the same or next business day.
The minimum order quantity is one box. This makes our stock products particularly suitable for short-term needs in gastronomy, retail, or at events.
At what quantity does custom-printed food packaging become worthwhile?
Customized food packaging with your printing is economical from approx. 5,000 units, depending on the product, format, and printing process. For restaurants and chains with regular needs, we recommend planning the annual requirement in one or two production batches. This significantly reduces unit costs and ensures consistent delivery quality.
What is the 3D Designer and how does it work?
The interactive 3D Designer allows you to configure food packaging directly online, seeing the shape, size, print, and finishing in real-time before the request is sent. It is ideal for a quick start without a long briefing and leads directly to a non-binding inquiry. You can access the 3D Designer via the menu under Food → 3D Designer.
Can belly bands for bakeries be printed with mandatory information?
Yes. Belly bands for the food sector can be printed with all the required information: ingredients, allergens, best-before date, brand logo, origin and other mandatory details under the EU Food Information Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011). The belly band therefore combines legal labelling requirements and brand presence in a single element.
Is your food packaging paper-based and recyclable?
Yes. At WEROCA, this is the standard. Our food packaging is made from carton and paper and can be disposed of with waste paper. On request, we supply it in FSC®-certified material (licence code C137741). Where a product requires a coating or a window, we will tell you upfront how this affects recyclability. For catering businesses whose customers pay attention to material choice, this is a visible signal, with no loss of function or quality.
