Pocket Flashers & Trimmings
Small helpers with a big impact
Collar stays, shirt inserts, and wrapping cards provide shape and support for garments in packaging and on the shelf. Waistband tags and button bags, on the other hand, carry information directly on the product, from size specifications to matching replacement buttons.
At WEROCA, we manufacture all of these items individually adapted to your product and precisely tailored for every textile category.
Pocket Flashers & Trimmings for Fashion
The details that make fashion complete
At WEROCA, you receive trimmings and waistband tags for the textile industry from a single source. Shirt inserts, collar stays, and wrapping cards give your product shape and stability, while waistband tags and button bags carry information and spare parts directly on the garment. Depending on the industry, you may also know the waistband tag as a pocket flasher or pocket blaster; they always refer to the same thing.
As diverse as these details are, they share one common task. They help determine how high-quality your brand appears to the customer, both in-store and in e-commerce. This is exactly why we manufacture individually adapted solutions, tailored to format, printing, finishing, and attachment. From a single detail to the complete outfitting of your collection.
Pocket Flashers/Waistband Tags
Everything important, directly on the waistband
Waistband tags, also known as pocket flashers, are cardboard labels attached to trousers, usually at the waistband or on the back pocket. They make important product information such as size, fit, or wash visible while simultaneously highlighting the brand.
Typically, a waistband tag displays the trouser size with W and L measurements, the fit such as Slim Fit or Regular Fit, the wash or color, the brand logo, and special product features like Stretch or Organic Cotton.
Trimmings
So every piece fits
Trimmings give a garment shape and support, ensure a neatly folded appearance and, where needed, carry important information such as size or product details directly on the textile.
They are mainly used for folded textiles such as shirts, business shirts, T-shirts, tights or underwear. Whether in bricks-and-mortar retail or in e-commerce, in both cases the first impression counts, and well-chosen trimmings help to shape it.
At WEROCA, we produce trimmings tailored to your product, matched to format, printing and finishing. This gives every collection the right solution.

Trimmings are functional additional parts made of cardboard or paper used in the clothing industry. These include shirt inserts, collar stays, wrapping cards, or inserts for T-shirts and hosiery. They stabilize the product, ensure a clean shape, and improve the presentation for sale, in brick-and-mortar retail as well as in e-commerce.
There is none. Both terms refer to the same product: a cardboard tag located on the waistband or back pocket of trousers. Depending on the industry and region, the term pocket blaster is also common.
Typically, the trouser size with W and L measurements, the fit such as Slim Fit or Regular Fit, the wash or color, and the brand logo. Special product features like Stretch or Organic Cotton can also be printed on them.
Yes. Format, material, printing, and finishing can be freely combined, from a simple insert to an elaborately designed custom shape. This creates a solution that perfectly matches the value of your collection.
Depending on the application, they are attached by sewing, with tagging fasteners, or as clip-on tags. The attachment is stable enough for multiple fittings in retail and is coordinated with your product and logistics.
Primarily for folded textiles such as shirts, business shirts, T-shirts, polo shirts, tights, or underwear. Anywhere where shape, protection, and a clean presentation matter.
Sustainability
Resources in focus
Not every package has the same requirements. That's why we develop solutions that sensibly combine functionality, material use and recyclability. Depending on the application, this includes the use of FSC®-certified cartonboard (C137741).
