For our production, we are looking for a Print Finishing Media Technologist, Bookbinder, or an employee with comparable qualifications. With us, you will operate, set up, and monitor modern machines for processing paper and cardboard, ensuring that our packaging solutions are produced reliably and with high quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Operation, control, and monitoring of paper cutting machines, drilling machines, and label punching machines
- Independent setup, adjustment, and coordination of machines
- Planning and coordination of production processes within your own work area
- Monitoring of quality, dimensional accuracy, and processing
- Participation in the ongoing optimization of workflows and processes

- Completed apprenticeship as a Print Finishing Media Technologist, Bookbinder, or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in processing paper, cardboard, or packaging materials
- Proficient handling of machines and technical processes
- Meticulous, independent, and responsible working approach

Are you applying for an apprenticeship? Then we invite you to a trial working day. You get to know WEROCA, the team and the tasks, and you find out whether the apprenticeship is right for you. For all other positions, we move straight on to the offer.
