Personal interview
In a personal interview we get to know each other and talk about the position, your expectations and the opportunities at WEROCA. Of course, we are also happy to answer your questions.

Trial day for apprentices
Are you applying for an apprenticeship? Then we invite you to a trial working day. You get to know WEROCA, the team and the tasks, and you find out whether the apprenticeship is right for you. For all other positions, we move straight on to the offer.

Offer & start
Once you have accepted, we welcome you to WEROCA. A structured induction plan and our onboarding ensure that your first days run smoothly and that you settle in quickly.

When do I need to apply for an apprenticeship?
Ideally, applications should be submitted about one year before the start of the apprenticeship. Early applications increase the chances of securing the desired apprenticeship position.
What are the chances of being taken on after the apprenticeship
Very good. As a packaging manufacturer in NRW, we rely on committed specialists and generally take on our apprentices on a permanent basis.
Is it possible to shorten the apprenticeship duration?
Shortening the apprenticeship duration is generally possible and is assessed on an individual basis, for example if the relevant academic or professional qualifications are met.
Does WEROCA also offer internships?
Yes, school and orientation internships are possible by arrangement and are a great way to get to know WEROCA and the packaging industry.
