Apprenticeship: Specialist for Warehouse Logistics / Warehouse Operator (m/f/d)

At WEROCA, you will learn how our packaging solutions arrive at the warehouse, are inspected, stored, assembled, and prepared for shipping. You will work hands-on, use digital systems, and gain insight into the processes behind functioning logistics.
WHAT DOES a Warehouse Operator and a Specialist for Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d) do?
Warehouse Operators and Specialists for Warehouse Logistics ensure that goods are in the right place at the right time. They receive goods, store them, assemble deliveries, and prepare them for shipping.
As a Specialist for Warehouse Logistics, you will also take on more tasks in planning, organization, and inventory management. This profession is right for you if you enjoy hands-on work, are diligent, and value order.
The Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship to become a Warehouse Operator (m/f/d) lasts 2 years. During this time, you will learn to receive goods, check inventory, assemble deliveries, create accompanying documents, and use transport equipment such as forklifts.
If you wish to continue afterwards, you can follow up with the apprenticeship to become a Specialist for Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d). There, you will deepen your knowledge in inventory management, planning, organization, and logistical processes.
What you bring to the role:
- A secondary school certificate or higher
- Organizational talent and a passion for hands-on work
- Interest in warehousing, material flow, and technology
- Diligence in handling numbers, quantities, and inventory
- Team spirit and reliability

Are you applying for an apprenticeship? Then we invite you to a trial working day. You get to know WEROCA, the team and the tasks, and you find out whether the apprenticeship is right for you. For all other positions, we move straight on to the offer.
